The best roster in Retro Bowl. This is from many years of study and spending CC to test out different roster builds. To explain my story, I have been playing Retro Bowl since 2020. I have spent the last few years spending money on CC to try out every single roster setup in the entire game on every difficulty and minute option. Dynamic 16 would give me easy 65-yard + passes on streak routes because the WR would get so much separation and the DBs had no hope to catch up.
